  1. I phoned on behalf of my vulnerable neighbours who had been left with no gas supply when then came to fit a smart meter. I explained the situation and your engineers arrived within 20 minutes. They identified the problem, rang Cadence to report it and clearly explained next steps. The two young men were friendly, respectful and very professional.

  2. Reported boiler not working at 12.30 today. Engineer here by 12.50, solved problem and left by 1.30. Thanks to everyone concerned for the speediest repair on anything we have ever had. Was not looking forward to the anticipated cold showers over weekend but hot water in abundance again.
    Would thoroughly recommend this Company and its service.

  8. For the past week or so we have had problems with our oil boiler. It was unclear what was wrong with it but your engineer (Kevin)kept coming and investigating and trying new parts. He even came on Friday evening at 20.00hrs to put in a new part and try to ensure we had some hot water over the weekend.
    I am extremely grateful to him and Simon for their help in this matter and their support in getting the boiler operational again
